Payment terms for retreats, memberships, and programs are outlined on individual sales pages.

Memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise stated.

You may cancel memberships with 30 days’ notice.

Retreat payments are subject to the cancellation and refund policies outlined on each retreat page.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in retreats, movement, yoga, breathwork, and adventure-based activities involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release Hello Heather Nichole from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Community Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from programs, memberships, or retreats for behavior that is harmful, disruptive, or violates community values.
